Milestones and funnies from my babies :)

First Kaiden: We went to Target to pick white t-shirts up for Aspen. Every time Kaiden saw Spongebob anything he freaked out. At one point he litterally stood up in the cart and jumped out with me barely able to catch him. He started pulling down t-shirts and undies and whatever else he could find. Finally I handed him a pack of Spongebob undies so he'd stay in the cart. Then I went over to look at potty chairs and found a Spongebob one that fits on top of our toilet seat. When we got home I showed him how to use it. The next day he came to me and was naked (because he gets naked time first thing in the morning) and told me "pee pee". I asked if he had to go potty and he said "potty" so I took him to the bathroom where he pulled out his seat and handed it to me. I sat him on the potty and he went!!! Then about 30 minutes later he told me "poo poo". We went in again and he sat for a while. He couldn't go and told me "down". About 2 minutes later he pooped on the kitchen floor. Last night he went pee in the toilet again and then told us that he had to poop a while later. Alexis decided to take him and he pooped in the diaper just as she was getting it off of him.

Now Aine: Today I was tickling her neck and chin and she laughed! Then Alexis came up to get a drink of water and I said "Alexis! Aine just laughed at me!" Alexis looked at Aine and said "Did you laugh?" and gave her a kiss and Aine laughed at Alexis!

And lets not forget Aspen: Yesterday we went to a playgroup with a bunch of MDC mama's. Naturally, everyone was breastfeeding there. When we left we were talking about breastfeeding and such and I asked Aspen "so when you grow up, if you decide to have kids and a wife or girlfriend, do you think that she will breastfeed your kids?" Aspen looked at me and said in a rather disgusted voice "well, they aren't going to be bottle fed!"
